The air-conditioned hall upstairs takes up to 450 in theatre seating; the ground-floor hall carries the buffet area, so dining never interrupts the ceremony. Dressing rooms for the bride and groom sit off the stage end, and there is ample parking with valet on event days.

The AC Hall — where the ceremony happens
Three hundred square metres, air-conditioned, with a 6.40-metre stage and a red carpet running the length of the room. Laid out as in the plan below, theatre seating takes 400 guests across fourteen aisles; cleared for a moving-crowd function it carries seven hundred to a thousand. Bride and groom dressing areas sit off the stage end with washing areas of their own, and four doors plus a dedicated entrance keep a full house moving.

The Non-AC Hall — where everyone eats
The ground floor carries the buffet along the full length of the hall, so dining never interrupts the ceremony upstairs. Five aisles and three walkways keep a queue moving; as a standing function it takes 125 guests. Seven pillars run through the middle of the room — we plan the seating and the buffet line around them — and male and female washroom areas open directly off the hall.

The same hall, on a Tuesday morning
Annual meetings, dealer conferences, training days and product launches. Theatre seating for a full room or tables and chairs for a working session, with the buffet floor below for lunch so nobody leaves the building.
Our kitchen cooks it. All of it.
Menus are built with you — a Goan wedding lunch, a Maharashtrian sit-down, a North Indian buffet, live counters for a cocktail evening. Our pure-veg restaurant, Pangat, runs from the same premises and caters indoors and outdoors alike.

A stay to remember
Ample parking space, and good air conditioning in the hall, and separate buffet hall at the basement. Good for birthday parties, engagement etc. Comfortable for a crowd of 300-400 people.
Excellent stay and friendly staff on a budget trip. They made sure that our stay was comfortable till the end. I had a baby along with me and they took special care and efforts. Much appreciated.

Up to 1,000 guests at full function capacity. The air-conditioned hall takes up to 450 in theatre seating and 200 at tables and chairs; as a moving-crowd function it carries 700 to 1,000 people.
The AC hall is 300 m² and, laid out as in our floor plan, seats 400 across 14 aisles, a 6.40 m stage and a red-carpet aisle. The non-AC hall is on the ground floor with 5 aisles, 125 guests as a standing function, seven pillars through the middle, and the buffet area runs along its length.
Weddings, receptions, engagements, haldi, birthdays and corporate functions. Setups include theatre, centre mandap, stage decor and mixed arrangements, each one built around your theme.
Catering is in-house. Our kitchen cooks menus built with you, including satvik and dedicated Jain spreads. It keeps quality and timing in our hands on the day, and it keeps your bill on one sheet.

Rooms sit directly above the hall in four types (Deluxe, Deluxe Twin, Executive and Executive Twin) with unlimited breakfast the next morning. Block bookings for wedding parties are welcome.
Generator backup, a hi-tech lift to every floor, wheelchair access, ample parking and on-site EV charging. Karmali railway station is two kilometres away and Goa International Airport twenty-five.
